To get this blade, go to Sadrith Mora's Imperial Fort. From north wall, (or the Apothecary shop about thirty paces north of the fort) swim west watching the islands until you reach an island with a cave called Abanabi. Two whitches reside in the cave. One of them, Draramu Hloran, has the blade, and as with all other quests to find great swords, you have to fight for it. Kill the Wizard, and the blade is yours. (You can also get the blade by completeing most of the Imperial Legion quests)
